Customized and Handpainted Orders:


Does the painting fade away? What are the washing instructions?

The painting materials we use NEVER fade away, and that is 100% guaranteed. We use the best fabric paints which are especially imported from Europe.

It is completely safe to wash your Pamela Sfeir painted products up to 40 degrees Celsius. 

Bleach is completely forbidden as it will ruin the garment as well as the painting.

In the case of any special recommendations for washing; it will be stated under the product description (ex: for hats and bags it is recommended not to wash them as the cut and form can lose their shape when in direct contact with water)

What are the ironing instructions?

Our painted products are safe to be ironed.

However, it is recommended to iron them face down, meaning on the back side of the painted garment, or to use a piece of cotton cloth between the iron and the painted part.

it is important to avoid direct contact between the paint and the iron. the reason for that is because sometimes due to the heat, some extra paint particles can be stuck to the iron.

How do I chose my customized design?

You can choose any idea/design that you want. It can be an idea we have created in the past and you choose to adjust it; or it can be a completely new design that we create solely for you.

Upon confirming your order, we will review your submitted order details and work on a detailed sketch that we will send you by e-mail for approval.

It's always better to give us more details about what you want, colors you like or dislike, this way we know in which direction we should make the sketch.

Bear in mind that everything is hand painted and therefore the design possibilities are unlimited. If a design idea is not feasible or will not look nice we will provide you with adjustments or alternatives.

We keep adjusting the sketch until you are 100% satisfied with it and then we will proceed with the final hand painted design on the jacket.

How long does it take for my sketch to be ready?

After we recieve your order details, we will provide you with an initial detailed sketch within 48 hours.

How long does it take for my order to be ready after I confirm the Sketch?

After the final sketch is confirmed, the painting process will take between 1 to 2 weeks to be ready.

Can I see my order when it’s ready and before it is shipped?

Yes, of course, once your item is ready we will e-mail you a picture of the final result. After you approve it, we proceed with the shipping.

Can I see the painting process before my item is ready?

The painting process takes many steps and the final product will look very different from the product during the process. To avoid any confusion we prefer not to show you what is happening behind the scenes until the item is finalized and ready.

How can I make sure I’m taking the right size?

Under each product, you will find a detailed size description and size chart.

Since we don’t allow exchanges and returns for customized orders. We are here to assist you in taking the right size; you can e-mail us on info@pamelasfeir.com if you are not sure which size you need.

Why can’t I exchange or return my customized order?

Customized orders are produced on order and just for you; during the process we make sure we are creating exactly what you are asking me for. We allow for adjustments until you are 100% satisfied; therefore it is not possible for us to return or refund those items.

Can we provide you with our item and you paint on it?

Unfortunately we only customize products that are provided by us. You can choose from a variety of products, sizes and colors to customize. Every now and then new products will be added to the customizable section, depending on the season, on the demand and availability. If you cannot find what you are looking for you can always e-mail us on info@pamelasfeir.com; if possible we will provide the item you are looking for.

Payments:

What is the $/LBP exchange rate?

The exchange rate is 3900 LBP; subject to change.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and paypal payments. 

Cash on delivery is only accepted in Lebanon.

Can I trust Pamela Sfeir’s website for my data entry and online payment?

Any information provided by you will only be used to process your orders. We do not share customer information with any third parties and we do not store credit card information.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation will be accepted 24 hours after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within the time limit at info@pamelasfeir.com so we can assist you.

Shipping:

Do you ship in Lebanon & Worldwide?

Yes, we ship our international orders with DHL.

For our domestic orders we work with Wakilni.

What are the shipping fees and do I have to pay import and duties taxes upon receiving my order?

Shipping for international orders under $250 is at a flat rate of $25 for the total order.

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $250.

We offer free local shipping (Lebanon) on all orders.

Shipment fees will be calculated automatically when you proceed with the check-out.

Shipping taxes may vary depending on the destination; please note that you will be in charge of these duties. Kindly refer to section 'Orders & Shipping' for more info.

When will I receive my order ?

An international order will usually take 1 to 10 working days to reach your address after it leaves our premises depending on your country.

A domestic order will not take more than 2 to 3 days to reach your address after it leaves our premises.

Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to inquire about the exact lead time of your future order or if you have any special requests.

How to track my shipment?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and receipt.

Once the order is on its way to you, you will receive a second email with the DHL tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.

What do I do if I receive a wrong or faulty item in my order?

As soon as you discover a faulty product, please contact us at info@pamelasfeir.com so we can get this resolved for you.

Is there a physical Pamela Store?

No, Pamela Sfeir has always and will always be an online platform. However, occasionally you can find us in shops internationally.
